Birthday Butterflies

Today is my birthday and I'm a year older. Moving along now. In addition to this skipper butterfly and bumble bees I also photographed my favorite butterfly, a Gulf Fritillary. In the skipper photo above there is a tiny spider hiding in the petals of the zinnia bloom. Good fun today.

Saying so long to my Canon S2is camera. If all goes well tomorrow I should be showing you the first shots from my new Canon S5is. Oh yeah, today is my birthday :-)
