Ahhhhh, I'm Home!
One of the many planes I photographed while up in Frisco. Lots of sky up there and I took that as an excuse to photograph everything flying. Bunches of blurry bird in flight photos but I'm not worried as my tracking, or panning, skills have improved considerably. I'll be blogging those shots over the next few days. I wanna shoot some fresh macros.
Good to be back. Nice to take a break from the tyranny of the blog and the camera. Went for days without shooting and then days shooting subjects I rarely shoot. Good fun and I feel recharged although I'm dog tired from the drive home today. There is a whole lota nothing in Texas and the drive from Dallas to Houston is a fair stretch of that nothing. The cat was so happy to see me.

I'm bloggy happy about this. One of my photos on ZDnet. Cool! The same photo of my super tired cat earned me 3 months pro from Flickr. Nice, nice, nice! Feline Friday is here tomorrow!
Yes, it's true I've joined the team of Round Robins. Looking forward to having some more photo fun with that longstanding meme. And you will too.
Last bit of news, I am taking part in the AOL-J 3rd anniversary celebrations. I've got a new AOL Journal and I'll doing something that will work both on AOL Journals and off. I'll start that this weekend and it's going to be fun. There will be photos.
One more item before I call it a night. Thank you to Carly and Julie for hosting Feline Friday while I was away. You two are the best!
