Round Robin Challenge: Americana

Seeing Green
Once all the fireworks have burst and the grills have all grown cold, it's easy to miss the little flags left flying in the now silent yards. "Leave them another day," the saying goes, "I like the way they look." Days of life giving rain fall and the fertile Earth asserts herself as she has always done. All colors will pass into the Earth's green embrace, even the red, white and blue. Americana.

Wow. I love this photo. It's truly outstanding - technically perfect, extremely striking and colorful. (I like the words, too.) Well done, indeed!

Steven...

OMG, that was so lovely...sniff, sniff. I love the photo, but, as usual, I don't even know the right word to say about one of your entries!

:)

Mr. Steve

I can't decide if I'm more jealous or your photographic skills, your georgaphy or your camera.

All that to say: brilliant!

Thanks
